Ayodeji Olurotimi Odu is a practicing lawyer in Nigeria. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1986 and holds an LLM degree in law from the University of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and serves as the Senior Partner of Ayodeji Odu & Co (Solicitors and Advocates). Throughout his career, he practiced in major cities across Nigeria, starting with Messrs Salimonu O. Olodo in Sokoto State from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, he established Ayodeji Odu & Co on April 1st, 1991, in Sokoto State, where he was fully immersed in legal practice until 2001. In 2001, he relocated his practice to Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria, where he continued to actively practice law. During this time, he served as a prominent counsel to leading Nigerian commercial banks from 2001 to 2011. Following this, he served as a member of parliament for his state from 2011 to May 2015. Since then, he has resumed active legal practice, currently operating from Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, with branch offices in Abuja, Sokoto, and Akure, Ondo State.
